What is CBD?
CBD or Cannabidiol is one of many compounds found in the cannabis sativa L plant.
Is CBD legal?
Yes, CBD from the HEMP plant is legal in all 50 states. CBD from a marijuana plant is not and a medical marijuana card is required.
Why use Hemp Seed Oil as carrier oil, not coconut?
Coconuts are in the family of nut trees which may potentially be dangerous to people with a nut allergies. A Golden Drop chooses to use organic hemp seed oil as the carrier oil for our tincture sprays. Hemp seed oil is sourced from the stalk and is a natural choice for a carrier oil.
Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD does not contain THC, the psycho-active compound of the marijuana plant. CBD oil supplements can legally have up to .03% THC which is not enough to get you high.
If I use cannabis regularly, why should I take CBD?
Marijuana plants are very high in THC and very low in CBD. Hemp plants are naturally very high in CBD and low THC. CBD could be taken as you would a daily vitamin due to its benefits for the body.
What will CBD do for me?
Research has shown that CBD can effectively heal the body on a cellular level. When ingested, the body’s ECS (or Enendocannabinoid system) is activated and your body is vow communication with itself to achieve balance in the body.
Why do you use a spray, instead of a dropper?
We believe a spray top is better for different reasons. First, not everyone has a steady hand and we want it to be easy for everyone of all conditions to use. Second, we believe it is easier to monitor dosage with a sprayer instead of a dropper, because the spray can provide a metered dose (taking out the guess work of measuring drops.)
Is CBD safe for children?
Yes, CBD is safe for children under the supervision of an adult and support from a doctor.

Probably! CBD has a range of benefits for the body, it is also best do your research and remember that nobody knows your body like you do.
Why hasn’t my Doctor told me to take CBD?
Although our doctors attend years of medical school, cannabis is not in the curriculum. It would be unethical for a doctor to speak about cannabis if they have not furthered their education in cannabis. However, there are many doctors that are certified and have extended their education to include cannabis healing. You may consider speaking to a doctor that can offer natural plant healing and/or functional medicine.
